For the comfort of all our passengers, smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle. Eating is discouraged to maintain the cleanliness of the car.

What steps should I take if I can’t find my assigned driver?
If you can’t locate your driver, please call the driver directly using the contact details provided or reach out to our customer support helpline.
Where do your chauffeurs operate from, and do you levy charges from this base to the pick-up point?
Our chauffeurs operate from our central base location. Charges are calculated from the pick-up point to the drop-off location. However, for certain locations far from our base, a minimal surcharge may apply.
